Built different
Systems you won't find anywhere else
Clearwater runs on custom software built by our own team. It keeps the server fair, keeps roleplay flowing, and ties Discord and the game together.
Live 911 Radio
In-game 911 calls are read out on the department radio, fire calls get real tone-outs, and callers hear when dispatch picks up.
Discord ↔ Game Sync
Your Discord roles follow you in-game while you play, and Roblox group join requests are checked against verified accounts.
In-Game Phone
Calls, texts, a bank, maps, a marketplace, Clearwater Internet and even a dark web, all on a phone that sits right on your screen.
Real Economy
Paychecks for shifts, department treasuries, sales tax, fines and bail that fund the departments, plus a casino for the brave.
Living World
Weather that changes every 45 minutes, storm events, AMBER alerts and server-wide events that shake up every shift.
Clearwater Systems
Always watching, so staff can focus on roleplay
Our bot works around the clock in Discord and in the ER:LC server. It handles the busywork so every shift feels organized.
- Ban sync. Get banned in the main Discord and you're banned in-game too.
- Raid rollback. Mass :ban and :kick abuse is undone automatically.
- Staff sync. Lose a staff rank and your in-game perms go with it.
- Tow requests. DOT gets live tow calls with ETAs and callers get updates.
- Voice checks. Radio channels and voice rules are kept in order automatically.

FAQ
Getting started
How do I join the server?
Open Emergency Response: Liberty County on Roblox, go to private servers and enter the code cwrpvc. Join our Discord first so you have the rules and your roles.
Do I need to be in the Discord?
Yes. The Discord is where announcements, department applications, support and the full rulebook live. Your Discord roles also follow you into the game.
How do I join a department?
Every department takes applications through Discord. Pick the one you like on the departments page, apply, then complete training.
What is the Clearwater Overlay?
A free desktop app that adds a working radio and phone on top of ER:LC. It's optional, but it makes roleplay a lot more fun. You can also use the web radio in your browser at cwrpvc.com/radio.
I got moderated. How do I appeal?
Open a support ticket in our Discord and a staff member will review it. Be honest and include any clips you have.
